What is Inflammatory Acne Vulgaris? 

This occurs when your pores get clogged with bacteria causing your immune system to respond, by sending white blood cells to fight and clear the bacteria / infection. The surrounding area can become red, swollen or inflamed. Inflammatory acne occurs when the rupture to the wall of the hair follicle or pore, leaks bacteria and oil into the surrounding skin.

How is it treated?

It is treated by using Advanced Fluorescence Technology to target and destroy the bacteria.

Usually, this treatment will take a duration of up to 1/2 hour but can vary from different treatment areas.
