What is our approach to COVID - 19?

During the current pandemic Flawless Skin & Laser Clinic has implemented a strict cleaning, hygiene and screening measures to minimise the risk of spreading COVID - 19.

Information for patients returning to the clinic when we reopen:​

• Attend your appointment alone.

• All patients must wear a face mask.

• Wash your hands upon arrival. 

• Limit the wearing of jewellery, make - up and amount of personal belongings. 

• Wash your hands at the end of your treatment. 

• We urge patients to pay by bank transfer and card. 

• All patients will undergo a screening process. 

• Call us 5 minutes before arriving for your appointment.

• Cancel and rearrange  your appointment if you have developed any symptoms or live with someone that has developed symptoms in the past 14 days.
